Apartments for Rent in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)

Jumeirah Village Circle is one of the most rented apartment communities in Dubai: Nakheel's 2005 master plan is mostly low- and mid-rise apartment buildings, set across six districts around a central park spine, roughly midway between Dubai Marina and Downtown.

There is no metro inside JVC (Dubai Internet City station is about 5.2 km away), so tenants usually drive or use RTA buses to Mall of the Emirates. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road border the community, and Circle Mall covers day-to-day shopping. Parts of JVC are still under construction, so check what is finished around a building before signing.
