How the Viewit virtual agent works
The Viewit virtual agent is a chat assistant for Dubai and Abu Dhabi property. Ask it a question in plain English and it answers from property transaction records, map data and UAE real estate rules, instead of sending you through pages of listings.
What you can ask

- How rents for apartments have changed year on year or over the last quarter.

Getting better answers
Name the building or community as it is usually written, and say whether you mean sale or rent and how many bedrooms. One clear question per message gets a more precise answer than several at once.
